Where can I Park?
We provide 1 free car parking space. If you require multiple cars to be parked please feel free to park them on Manor Street at the side of the building. The surrounding streets are also available for free parking.

Is a Photographer included in my booking?
Your booking does NOT include a photographer. Please email us if you would like to book our creative team. We can offer photographers, stylist and MUA’s to assist with your shoot.

What are your cancellation policies?
You are able to cancel up to 7 days prior to your booking for a full refund, and if cancelled after that, it would be non-refundable.

How early can I arrive?
We ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot as booking times are carefully scheduled to ensure you get the best use of the studio in your time.

How many team members can I bring?
As many as you need!

How many backdrops can I use?
You can have as many as you like! The first backdrop is included in your booking price as a full-length backdrop (this length means your models can stand on the backdrop) and additional backdrops are charged at £10 for full length and free for a headshot (just pulled down to floor). All additional backdrops are charged for before your shoot and we can’t issue refunds if you don’t use them as we have prepped and bought in backdrops specifically for you. Are you ever closed?
We’re open all year round!
If we are closed for whatever reason, you would not be able to book it.
We will also post updates on our social and if you subscribe, you’ll be informed directly.

What if I break something?
The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages, losses or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or any other person, during the use of the studio.
Full payment will be required for any damages that occur.
This will be monitored by inspection at the start and end of each booking.

Is it sound proof?
Although most of the time it is quiet, other business operate within the building, and may make noise

Rules
1.Tape is to be worn on the bottom of the shoes whilst using the infinity cove.
2. Don’t step on the curve of the infinity wall as it can cause damage.
3. If infinity wall is damaged by any stains there will be a damage charge.
4. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee the perfect white infinity flooring as marks may appear on the day by previous guests.
5. If its dirty, clean it. Clean as you go.

Time
Please don't arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your booking and please be out by the time your slot ends. Make sure you leave enough time to clean up and leave the studio respectfully as you found it upon arrival. The client must include set up and take down time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges.
If you need to extend your booking, you must contact the studio prior to your booking.
If you run over on your booking, it will be a £50 per hour charge.

Included
Booking includes full use of the studio & its contents.
Please specify what is needed when booking so that it can be set up for you on arrival, this will save time and allow to get make full use of your time in studio to create!

Backdrops
In your booking you are entitled to use one full length backdrop and use of the infinity cove. Every extra backdrop needed is a £10 charge per backdrop. Please take cautious of dirty footwear when in studio.
We require 10 days notice if you are in need of a backdrop that isn't available, as we would need to order it in. You will be charged whether the backdrop has been used or not, due to ordering it in.

Rearranging
You are able to rearrange your booking not later than 72 hours prior to your booking date.
If you need to rearrange within 72 hours of booking, you will have to pay for a new booking.
